PURPOSE:To prevent an FRP material from being drawn out from a holding sleeve since tensile strength has durability by a method whereby an irregular parts is formed within a length range shorter than that of the holding sleeve at an end part of the FRP material which is fixed by inserting the FRP material into the holding sleeve for anchoring it with grout, and a peripheral surface of the FRP material excepting the irregularity part is formed in a plane surface shape. CONSTITUTION:A length of an irregular part R is made shorter than a length of a holding sleeve for fixing with grout, and a plane peripheral surface part E is provided on an outlet side even in the holding sleeve. Consequently, decrease of a rupture load by deterioration of protective function of hardened resin at an outlet end part of the holding sleeve is prevented from being incurred. Further, a bending operation is not given a reinforcing superfine fiber in its middle part. As a manufacturing method, glass rouving 1 are impregnated with epoxy resin 3 in a resin impregnating tank 2 as a reinforcing material, and a nylon thread 6 is wound thereon with a thread winder 5 via a shaping guide pore 4. It reaches a receiving device via a curing furnace 7. The plain part E and the irregular part R are obtained by adjusting a yarn-fitting spring 5'' of a rotation plate 5'. |
