SHAPED TYPE AROMATIC POLYAMIDE FIBER

摘要

The whole aromatic polyamide fiber having modified cross-section and a skin core structure is produced by dissolving polyparaphenylene terephthal amide of at least 6 intrinsic viscosity in at least 90% sulfuric acid to make a spinning solution containing a polymer content of 15˜25wt%, extruding the spinning solution through the Y-type or T-type spinneret to the coagulating solution bath having 5˜10mm air layer and 5˜10deg.C temperature, and then coagulating it. The whole aromatic polyamide fiber has at least the tenacity of 24g/d and the elastic ratio of 800g/d.
