PURPOSE:To carry out heating by short line and in short time and simultaneously prevent the spit-inserted part of a ground fish meat paste from discoloring in production of a kneaded product produced by heating in a state in which a spit is thrust into a formed material of ground fish meat paste such as bamboo leaf shaped one, Sasa-Kamaboko. CONSTITUTION:Titanium or titanium alloy is used as a spit thrust into a formed material of ground fish meat paste and the formed material is transferred in a state in which the spit is thrust, is held between electrodes from the both sides of the formed material and electricity is applied to the formed material and the formed material is heated by evolution of Joule heat. |
