PURPOSE:To enable the corrugation of only the body of a dried cuttlefish having legs, easily, surely and rapidly, by using a corrugation roller having sufficiently wide gap between a side face of a roller and a bearing supporting said side of the roller. CONSTITUTION:A pair of mutually intermeshing rollers 1 (e.g. cogged roller), one of which is a constant-speed roller and the other is a driving roller having adjustable rotational speed, are constructed in a manner that a sufficiently wide gap is held between a side face of a roller and a bearing 3 supporting a shaft 2 horizontally protruding from said side face. A dried cuttlefish 4 with legs is supplied to the rollers 1 in a manner to project the legs 4' to the side space beyond the side face of the roller and a longitudinal corrugation is applied to the body 4'' of the dried cuttlefish. |
