PURPOSE:To make a surface smooth and of high density by processing needle punch work on the weave made up from mixed fibers composed of high contraction natured polyester with a specified denier which develops three dimensional crimps by heat treatment, and of high contraction natured polyester with a specified denier which exhibits a contraction rate equal to or more than a specified percentage by heat treatment, heating the weave so as to be contracted, treating it so that it is dyed, and thereby impregnating it with resin binder thereafter so as to be napped. CONSTITUTION:A non-woven mat is formed by the step of processing needle punch work on a weave layer made up from mixed fibers composed of 60 to 70% high contraction natured polyester fibers with 1 to 3d (denier) which develop three dimensional crimps by heat treatment, and of 30 to 50% high contraction natured polyester fibers with 0.5 to 1.5d which have a dimensional rate equal to or more than 20%. Thus, the mat is made to develop and contract three dimensional crimps, and is treated so that it is dyed so as to be impregnated with 5 to 20% resin binder by weight thereafter. Following which, napping process is performed so that a nap natured inner packaging material for sutomobile such as a peach skin natured, a suede natured and a velour natured one is obtained. By this constitution, napping is easily processed, and furthermore, it is possible to contrive to thereby enhance wear resistance, light resistance and molding workability. |
