PURPOSE:To precisely assemble a battery by placing a first electrode case with the opening end surface up on the recessed part of a support base having a tapered ring elastic body installed thereto, opposing the opening end surface of a second electrode case to the first electrode opening end surface, and positioning it by the taper guide of the ring elastic body. CONSTITUTION:A tapered ring elastic body 6 of device is fitted into the recessed part 5a of a support base 5, and a first electrode case 1 is placed therein with the opening end surface up. The negative electrode case 1 can be almost uniformly pressed from the outer circumferential surface by this operation, and stably fixed and supported. After the installation and assembling of an electromotive part 3, a second electrode case 2 is lowered to the negative electrode case 1 opening end with its opening end surface being opposed thereto. The opening end side of the positive electrode case 2 is smoothly guided by the taper of the tapered ring elastic body 6, easily and precisely positioned to the negative electrode case 1 opening end, and assembled. |
