POSITION REGISTER AND ARRANGEMENT SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To increase the capacity of a moving body communication network and extend the area of this network without increasing the burden to a position register device. CONSTITUTION:A mobile network arrangement device 100 is provided between base stations 121 to 124 and a mobile network exchange 81. The mobile network arrangement device 100 is provided with an arrangement position register part 50 where position information of a mobile terminal 1 is stored within the range of base stations 121 to 124. When the position of the mobile terminal 1 is registered, information in the arrangement position register part 50 is only updated if a position information signal is already reported to a position register device 90; but information in the arrangement position register part 50 is updated and the position information signal is sent to the position register device 90 if it is not reported to the position register device 90.
