PURPOSE:To use a mobile communication equipment for the TDMA/TDD system and the CDMA/TDD system, to minimize a mobile terminal by sharing a circuit, and to easily perform the zone switching between both of these systems. CONSTITUTION:The transmission/reception frame length in the TDMA/TDD system and that in the CDMA/TDD system are equal to each other, and both of these systems are synchronized with each other at a common frame synchronizing timing, and a mobile terminal 111 is moved, and zones 103a to 103i are switched; and at the time of switching or connection from base stations 105a to 105i in the micro cell system to a base station 102 in the macro cell system, connection is switched without acquiring another frame synchronism. At the time of switching of connection from the micro cell system to the macro cell system, communication to the base station in the macro cell system is performed in the frequency band of the macro cell system by slots other than the slot assigned to the mobile terminal 111 out of plural time-division slots of the micro cell system.
