PURPOSE:To fix an external part in a predetermined position of a wire harness with high accuracy by supporting a clamp receiving portion by a movable portion capable of moving with respect to a fixing portion. CONSTITUTION:A clamp is disposed in a predetermined position of a wire harness by a clamp receiving portion 31. The clamp is fixed to the outer periphery of the wire harness via a tape or the like. In the case where the clamp is deviated from the predetermined position, a bolt 45 is loosened so that a movable portion 29 is moved along the axial direction of the harness for fine adjustment. When the clamp is located in the predetermined position in the axial direction of the harness, the bolt 45 is tightened so that the movable portion 29 is secured to a fixing portion 27. Consequently, the clamp can be fixed to the predetermined position in the axial direction of the wire harness with high accuracy. |
