THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION FOR CONTOUR EXTRUSION

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in extrudability in contour extrusion such as reduced drawdown and reduced swelling, being lightweight, having impact resistance, heat resistance and weathering resistance and being desirable as a building material having an impression of a new material especially a profile shape such as a window sash or sash. CONSTITUTION:This composition is prepared by mixing 10-90wt.% thermoplastic resin with 5-60wt.% graft copolymer obtained by grafting a monomer mixture mainly consisting of an aromatic vinyl compound and a vinyl cyanide compound onto an ethylene/alpha-olefin polymer, 5-30wt.% glass filler and 0.5-20wt.% carbon fibers.
