PURPOSE:To fix a transmission pedal at the neutral position in the brake locking to avoid the condition of the rapid starting when the brake locking is released in a continuously variable transmission type traveling vehicle of pedal operation type. CONSTITUTION:In a traveling vehicle having a transmission pedal 1 for the continuously variable transmission, a brake pedal 2, and a brake locking lever 3, a locking pin 1d of an engaging arm 1c for neutral return to be projected from a rotary shaft 1a of the transmission pedal 1 and a locking pin 2d of an engaging arm 2c for the brake locking of the brake pedal 2 are engaged with engaging parts 3c or 3d, and 3e in operating the brake locking lever.
