PURPOSE:To provide a parts feeder which is capable of preventing parts from being charged with static electricity by a method wherein compressed damp air fed to a parts feed system. CONSTITUTION:A parts feeder is equipped with a compressor which sends air to a parts housing chamber 1 and a humidifier 21 equipped with a humidifying chamber 22 charged with water vapor of high density and pressure and provided on a piping which extends from the compressor to a parts feed system. Regulators 26 and 30 which control air in pressure are provided to a primary flow path 25 which extends from the compressor to the humidifying chamber 22 and a secondary flow path 28 which extends from the humidifying chamber 22 to the part housing chamber 1 respectively. Filters 29 and 31 which filter air are provided to the secondary flow path 28. |
