PURPOSE:To provide a device which mounts cap-shaped flanges nearly simultaneously at opening ends and more particularly both ends of a cylindrical object, is small in size, high in speed, low in cost and is simple. CONSTITUTION:This flange press-fitting device is a flange-press fitting device for fitting the cap-shaped flanges 2 to the opening ends of the cylindrical object and has a flange setting section 4 which supports the flange 2, a press-fitting block 3 which pivotally supports this setting section 4, a driving device which presses this press-fitting block 3 in the axial direction of the cylindrical object 1 and a structural section which turns the setting section 4 about 90 deg. according to rectilinear motion of the press-fitting block 3 in the axial direction of the cylindrical object 1. |
