PURPOSE:To provide high accuracy adjustment of fuel injection timing according to the change of fuel density by forming a fuel space in a timer weight which controls relative angle position to an output element of an input element, and feeding fuel from a fuel injection pump through the fuel space. CONSTITUTION:When the rotational speed of an internal combustion engine rises, the timer weight 26 of a timer moves outwards in the radial direction against a coil spring 40 by the centrifugal force with the rotation of the engine, and a journal 28 is positioned at its inside in the radial direction of the inner curved surface 38 of a protruding part 36 in the timer weight 26. Therefore, the coil spring 40 of a length L1 is compressed, and the relative angle of a driving flange to a hub 24 is decreased to obtain prescribed injection timing corresponding to the rotational speed. At this time, fuel is charged fully in the fuel space 46 of the timer weight 26, so that substantial weight of the timer weight 26 increases or decreases according to fuel density at this time to correct injection timing. |
