TURBINE CASING STRUCTURE

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a turbine casing structure in which the peeling and cracking of an abradable layer due to the differential thermal expansion between the abradable layer and the turbine casing can be prevented, and also the cooling of the turbine casing is not needed and the thermal efficiency of the whole turbine can be improved. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical turbine casing 3 arranged by surrounding the outer part of a radially arranged ceramic turbine rotor blade 2 is formed of a ceramic fine member 4 whose inner peripheral surface is provided with an abradable layer 6 made of a ceramic porous material 5 which is worn when it comes into contact with the end of the turbine rotor blade 2.
