SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR COMPOSING COMPRESSED VIDEO BIT STREAM

PURPOSE: To provide an effective hybrid system for synthesizing a compressed video bit stream from a dynamic three-dimensional model. CONSTITUTION: The video bit stream expresses an image sequence composed of appropriately continued plural image frames and the respective image frames are divided into the assembly of areas. A motion vector is generated in the respective areas within the present image frame and it expresses the dynamic three-dimensional model. Based on the generated motion vector, a prediction error is calculated for the respective areas and an encoding type to be performed in the respective areas of the continuous image frames is obtained based on the prediction error value. The respective areas of the continuous image frames are encoded so as to be displayed by the decided encoding type.
