PURPOSE: To provide the improved method and system of a project plan and control by means of a data processing system. CONSTITUTION: A project model contains plural actions and the respective actions contain early start dates and delayed end dates. Thus, a block 252, a block 254 where the multiple actions are added to a list from the project model in an early stage, a block 258 where the action in the earliest start data in the list is removed and the early start date is decided again, a block 260 where the early start date is changed, a block 262 where the following action is added to the list and a block 256 where the different action is removed, the early start date is decided again, the new action is added and the processing is continued until the list becomes vacant when the early start date is charged are provided in response to update. Then, the delay end date is similarly decided again. |
