PURPOSE:To provide a credit card provided with an automatic validity term updating function capable of utilizing transport facilities by a utilization fare postpaid system without necessitating an update procedure. CONSTITUTION:This credit card has an area 1011 wherein information on a term of validity that can be updated is stored, an area 1015 wherein origin information on a utilization section is stored, and an area 1014 wherein information the nearest station that is used most frequently is stored. Every time the bearer of the credit card passes through an automatic ticket examining machine of the station corresponding to the nearest station information area 1014, the term of validity in the validity term information area 1011 is automatically updated when certain conditions are satisfied. |
