PURPOSE:To prevent yellowing phenomenon and to improve the water resistance and adhesive of a film by allowing a fluorine containing compound to react with an inorganic coated film to decrease the hydrophilicity of the surface. CONSTITUTION:The reactive organic compound having fluorine substituted group, hydrogen fluoride or a metallic fluoride is allowed to react with the inorganic coated film. The reactive organic compound having fluorine substituted group has a functional group reactive with OH group of the surface of the inorganic coated film to decrease the surface energy. As a result, the dirt due to perspiration, fat or the like secreted from human body is easily removed only by wiping with tissue paper. As the reactive organic compound having fluorine substituted group, a halogenated carboxylic acid expressed by a formula is exemplified. As the metallic fluoride, NaF, NaHF, CaF2, AlF3, ZnF2, SbF3 or the like is exemplified. |
