PURPOSE:To provide a color liquid crystal display panel small in reflection due to a black matrix and easy to see the display. CONSTITUTION:This color liquid crystal display panel is provided with color filter layers 12 of three color of red (R), green (G) and blue (B) to be picture elements, which are alternately formed on the surface of a glass substrate 11, black matrixes 13 formed on the upper surfaces among respective color filter layers 12, an over coat layer 14 of transparent insulating body formed on the upper surfaces of the color filter layers 12, on which the black matrixes 13 are formed, and a transparent conductive layers 15 formed on the upper surface of the over coat layer 14. |
