PURPOSE:To exhibit the function of an elastic member such as a rubber block to the maximum, provide excellent vibration absorbing and damping effects and excellent vibration preventing function for waterproof floor pan, facilitate the setting of the elastic member such as rubber block onto a building frame floor surface, and prevent the damage of the rubber block. CONSTITUTION:An elastic member 18 is provided on the lower part of a support leg 10, and the bottom surface 18b of the elastic member 18 is surrounded by a holding seat 20 consisting of a L-shaped sectional ring member. The holding seat 20 is brought into contact with a building frame floor surface 8. |
