<p>PURPOSE:To make a device smaller, simpler and more inexpensive, to permit recycling and to realize high image densities and high image quality of low surface fogging by returning the magnetic toners removed in a cleaning stage to a developing stage and reutilizing these toners. CONSTITUTION:This method has a developing stage consisting of a moving electrostatic latent image holder 1 which encloses the stationary magnet 2 and an electrode roller 8 which is installed in a position having a prescribed spacing from the surface of the electrostatic latent image holder 1 and internally has a magnet 9, a transfer stage using a conductive elastic roller 13, the cleaning stage and a stage for recycling the waste toners. A binder resin regulated to the prescribed storage modulus of elasticity, metal complex dyes and a magnetic material having a static bulk density >=0.5g/cm<3> are added and are pulverized by a peeling effect, by which characteristics of high electrostatic charge and excellent rise of electrostatic charge are obtd. The dispersibility of the magnetic material and charge control agent is improved, by which the high image densities and the high image quality of the low ground fogging are obtd. in spite of long-term use in the development method of the high performance, small size and low cost.</p> |
