PURPOSE:To prevent damage to a substrate through the absorption of deflections for miniaturization of a multi-pole connector and for enhancement of reliability by connecting the conductors of a multi-pole connector to the through-hole electrode of a complex through capacitor via a coil spring fitted into the through hole. CONSTITUTION:A through-hole 8 formed by boring a through hole 7 and a land electrode 9 are connected to a complex through capacitor 3 according to the arrangement of connector conductors 6 on a substrate 5, the capacitor 3 serving as a noise filter. A dielectric layer 10 and a common electrode 11 are formed, and a through capacitor 12 that uses the through-hole electrode 8 as its through electrode is formed. A contact 14 in the form of a coil spring that is pressed into conducting contact with the electrodes 8, 13 is fitted into the through hole and the through capacitor 12 is forced into conducting contact with the conductors 6 of a multi-pole connector. Thus the substrate can be made very thin with the coil spring used to absorb deflections due to the conductors 6 and the through capacitor 12, and the complex capacitor can be reduced in volume and miniaturized. |
