PURPOSE:To eliminate a mud pouring equipment and mud feeding piping for it, make even a long shield work easily and at low cost without increasing the size of the equipment, consume small amount of mud, select the type of mud easily by changing a capsule, and also cope with an abrupt change of the face part earth in order to stabilize the face part earth by adding mud. CONSTITUTION:A soil pressure system shield machine with a chamber 5 is provided with a drilling casing 7 capable of extending forward from a cutter face 4 and a pushing device 10 capable of forcing out a capsule which contains mud and can be broken by a shield cutter 3 through the drilling casing 7. Also the capsule is set forward of the cutter face 4 from the inside of the shield machine and, as the shield machine is moved forward, the capsule is broken by the shield cutter 3 so as to mix the mud contained inside it with dug soil and underground water. |
