PURPOSE:To certainly and strongly bond an exhaust muffler composed of a resin molded article. CONSTITUTION:Divided members 11a, 11b are formed by laminating porous layers 12a, 12b and skin layers 13a, 13b in a semi-cured state and abutted to the uncured porous layers 12a, 12b to be bonded thereto and uncured parts are formed to a part of the outer surfaces of the skin layers 13a, 13b in the vicinity of the bonded part and a curable resin 20 is built up on these parts and heated and pressed by upper and lower molds 17a, 17b to be cured to bonds the divided members 11a, 11b. |
