发明名称 ORGANIC SUPERLATTICE MATERIAL, ITS PRODUCTION AND ELEMENT USING THAT MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a transistor having high carrier mobility and to obtain an optical device excellent in nonlinear optical characteristics by forming at least two kinds of org. thin films and incorporating p-conjugate straight chain oligomers into the base skeleton of molecules which constitute these thin films. CONSTITUTION:This org. material has a structure of at least two layers produced by laminating at least two kinds of org. thin films each having 0.5-100mm film thickness. These org. thin films of at least two kinds consist of an org. superlattice material containing p-conjugate straight chain oligomers in the base skeleton of the molecules which constitute the thin film. The laminar film has a conductive band 1 and a valance band 2. The org. superlattice having such a quantum well like electron state can be produced by vacuum vapor deposition method such as org. molecular beam vapor deposition, and org. ion cluster beam vapor deposition, or electrolytic polymn. method or Langmuir- Blodgett method.
