PURPOSE:To realize efficient data gathering and summing control by freely and easily fixing the setting of deadline for every usage division (specially in the case that plural customers exist) and of every recording paper size and regardless its size. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a key card device 106 connected to respective copying machines 107 and outputting the setting information and usage information of the copying machine 107, an external storage device 102 storing the data base of the machine type information for every customer, the usage information, and the deadline of the recording paper used quantity data gathering and summing or the like, and a computer 101 transmitting a data read instruction to the key card device 106 of the copying machine 107 registered in a deadline file right on the deadline or the specified number of days before the deadline and executing data summing based on the data responded from the key card device 106. |
