PURPOSE:To maintain the quality of polished rice by comparing the component content before a rice milling treatment and the component content after the rice milling treatment and knowing the magnitude of the deviation therebetween with respect to a standard content prediction line, thereby making it possible to decide the degree of difficulty and ease of the rice milling treatment and facilitating the adequate adjustment of the rice milling treatment at the time of the rice milling treatment. CONSTITUTION:This device has a means for measuring the content CR of the specified components of raw material unpolished rice and a means for measuring the content CM of the specified components of the polished rice after rice milling under a standard condition, such as standard rice milling pressure or prescribed standard time. Further, the device has a means of previously determining and storing the specified component content prediction line L based on the specified component content of the unpolished rice before the rice milling treatment and the rice milling under the standard condition. The deviation DELTAC is determined by comparing the predicted value CMO of the specified component content of the polished rice after rice milling under the standard condition by using the content CR of the specified components of the raw material unpolished rice by the stored component content prediction line L and the actually determined component content CM of the rice milling. The device is provided with a controller in order to evaluate the degree of difficulty and ease of the rice milling in accordance with the magnitude of such deviation DELTAC. |
