PURPOSE:To provide a liquid crystal display device which permits easy viewing of a display for assisting indication of a switch position even in a dark place and has improved operability of the switch. CONSTITUTION:This liquid crystal display device has a light reflection part 15 on the rear surface side of a liquid crystal panel part 13 and a display frame part 5 for forming the contours of a display screen 4 at the peripheral edge on the front surface of this liquid crystal panel part. This display frame part 5 has a part overlapping on the liquid crystal displayable region R of the liquid crystal panel 13. A light transmission part 6 for allowing transmission of light from the light reflection part 15 is formed in this overlapping part. |
