<p>PURPOSE:To continuously form stable roughed parts on the surface of a blank strip which cannot be roughened before plating. CONSTITUTION:A masking tape for stripe plating is closely stuck to a coil-like blank strip 1 in a masking tape sticking section 2. Then the blank strip 1 is introduced to an Ag-plating bath 4 through a pre-treatment section 3 and stripe plating is performed with Ag on prescribed parts of the strip 1. After removing the masking tape from the strip 1 in a masking tape removing section 22, another masking tape for roughening is closely stuck to the strip in another masking tape sticking section 2 immediately after removing the masking tape for stripe plating. Then the strip 1 is introduced to an etching bath 23 so as to form roughed surfaces 29 by etching on the surface of the strip 1 at parts which come into contact with a molded resin except the stripe-plates parts. The strip 27 stripe-plated with Ag and carrying the roughened surfaces is wound around a reel through another tape removing section 25 and washing and drying section 26.</p> |
