摘要 PURPOSE:To greatly improve an effect as an adhesive by forming a semiconductive roller by adhering and fixing a rubber sheeting material to be adhered to the shaft surface of a roller by using an insulating adhesive, thereby obviating peeling of this rubber sheeting material from a developing roller surface in spite of a low cost. CONSTITUTION:The insulating adhesive layer 26 is formed by applying an adhesive prepd. by mixing, for example, dimethyl polysiloxane, etc., at a thickness 20mum. A rubber sheeting layer 27 is an elastic conductive layer consisting of kneaded matter of silicone rubber and conductive powder. The insulating adhesive layer 26 is adhered with high adhesion to both surfaces of the outside surface of a shaft 13 and the inside surface of the rubber sheeting layer 27 and, therefore, the rubber sheeting layer 27 is no more peeled after molding. In addition, the insulating adhesive layer 26 plays the role of a spacer connecting the outside surface of the shaft 13 and the inside surface of the rubber sheeting layer 27 with the adequate resistance. The function as a semiconductive developing roller is consequently sufficiently obtd.
