PURPOSE:To provide a damping sheet having no difference in strength in all directions and unnecessary to pay attention to the orientation direction of fiber materials by orienting the fiber materials mixed with a sheet base material in two directions crossing each other. CONSTITUTION:Two sheet materials 11 each formed by mixing fiber materials 4 with a sheet base material 2 and rolling the fiber mixed base material to parallelly orient the fiber materials 4 in one direction are superposed one upon another so that the orientation directions of the fiber materials 4 of the sheet materials 11 cross each other and the superposed sheet materials 11 are rolled and molded. |
