PURPOSE:To reduce possibility that call of the reception terminal possessed by a person, whom a caller wants to call, is mistaken in the case that plural persons share one pocket bell and each of them changes the discrimination code to use it. CONSTITUTION:A reception terminal 300 is provided with a user discrimination code input part 301, which inputs the user discrimination code in accordance with user's request, and a discrimination code signal sending part 302 which transmits a user discrimination code signal to a radio call device 200 together with the call number. The radio call device is provided with a discrimination code signal reception part 201 which registers the user discrimination code and the call number in a user discrimination code register table 202, a voice recognition/synthesis part 203 which accepts the call to the reception terminal from a subscriber telephone set 100 with a voice, a control part 205 which retrieves the accepted call number of the reception terminal from the user discrimination code register table, and a call signal sending part 204 which sends a call signal to the reception terminal.
