<p>PURPOSE:To enable output of a wind power generator to be stably maintained to a set value with quick responsiveness by providing a function generator for receiving an output set value signal, a wind speed signal and a pitch angle signal and outputting a pitch angle control signal in the stall control range by a performance curve. CONSTITUTION:In a wind power generator provided with a blade, a pitch angle control signal 5as in the stall control range for satisfying the output set value with the same wind speed is output by a performance curve of a windmill (blade) on the basis of an output set value signal 1s, a wind speed signal 2s and a pitch angle signal 3s. Moreover, a deviation signal between the output set value signal 1s and a generated output signal 8s is outputted from a subtracter 7, and a correction pitch angle control signal 4s is output from a controller 4 on the basis of this deviation signal. The outputs of the function generator 5a and the controller 4 are added to each other by an adder 6, so as to be outputs an actual pitch angle control signal 6s, thereby, the pitch angle of the blade is adjusted.</p> |
