Cat toilet for indoor use

The cat toilet has a basin-shaped under container for accommodation of filling material. In the under container (1) is inserted an inset container (5), of which the base (7) is located at some distance from the base (8) of the under container. The inset container is filled with filling material (13), which consists of granules of water-repellant material. In the base of the inset container is an opening (10) in which is fitted a sieve-shaped component. The inset container is so formed and placed in the under container that the space present between the two bases is closed. The granules of the toilet filling material are pref. made of polypropylene and/or polyethylene. The base (7) of the inset container is funnel-shaped and the opening is provided at the lowest point of the base.
