PURPOSE:To utilize various knowledge in organization design by constituting an automatic organization design system of a strategy knowledge base for storing business strategy, a data base for financial affairs or the like, knowledge, and data controlling knowledge and a knowledge base for storing knowledge. CONSTITUTION:A business purpose, a business plan, action form necessary for attaining the business purpose, an allocation policy for information resources, etc., are stored in a business strategy data base 4 and balance sheets, profit-and- loss statements, etc., in the past several years are stored in a financial affair accounting data base 5. Various risk data of policy, economy, etc., are stored in a business risk data base 6 and business knowledge, experience, etc., relating to respective persons constituting organization are stored in a personnel data base 7. A data processing mechanism 3 distributes data transmitted from an information system 2 to respective data bases 4 to 7. An inference mechanism part 10 refers to the contents of information in a knowledge base 9 storing necessary knowledge at the time of designing organization, retrieves only a knowledge selected from a strategy knowledge base 8 and executes inference based upon the retrieved result. |
