PURPOSE:To provide the demodulator which can reduce inter-symbol interference with less memory capacity and arithmetic amount while using route Nyquist filter arithmetic in the case of batch storage processing at the time of demodulation in Nyquist transmission. CONSTITUTION:The route Nyquiest filter arithmetic at a batch storage processing is performed only at its sample point while using an identification point detected value provided by an identification point detecting circuit 3 and further, a route Nyquist filter bank 6 is switched while using the result of an identification point estimating circuit 4 where an identification point is estimated with higher resolution than a sampling frequency. Therefore, the demodulation of less inter-symbol interference is enabled with less memory capacity and arithmetic amount. |
