<p>PURPOSE:To restrict the loss as low as possible upon occurrence of a failed product especially in the production of a canned motor and to specify the cause of failure while recognizing variation in the electric performance before and after the canning easily. CONSTITUTION:The lock/no-load tester comprises a rotor 12 for testing the electric performance of a stator 10 after finishing the winding process by inserting the rotor 12 into the stator 10, and a V block 28 for holding and positioning the stator 10. The V block 28 comprises supports 30 for holding the rotary shaft of the test rotor 12, at the opposite ends thereof, through bearings 12b, means 32 for pressing the stator 10 held by the V block 28, and a position switching lever means 34 for elevating/lowering the V block 28. Furthermore, the support 30 is provided, at a part thereof, with means for stopping a jig 12c which engages with the rotary shaft of the rotor 12 to lock the shaft.</p> |
