<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a liquid crystal display device high in resolution and high in gradation by constituting at least a part of a line memory of a bipolar transistor. CONSTITUTION:An amplifier 104 is constituted of the bipolar transistor. A video signal by one line to be recorded on a liquid crystal is recorded on a CB 106 through a shift pulse switch 107 driven by a horizontal shift register 109 outputting synchronizing with the frequency of the video signal. After the video signals of all pixels of a certain line are recorded on the CB 106, a transfer MOS 105 is turned ON to be inputted to the amplifier 104. Simultaneously, the video signal is outputted from the output terminal of the amplifier 104, and the video signal is recorded on respective liquid crystal cells 101 through pixel TFTs 102 turned ON by a vertical shift register 103. In such a case, the video signal inputted to a video signal input terminal 108 is inputted by considering the gain of the amplifier 104 so that the output through the amplifier 104 becomes the normal video signal.</p> |
