PURPOSE:To unitize a write start signal generating device and to facilitate the adjustment of the timing of a write start signal CONSTITUTION:A photosensor 2 is mounted on a mounting substrate 1 so that an optical axis is vertical thereto and a detection mirror 5 makes a laser beam Lp for the write start signal incident on the photosensor 2 through a condensing lens 4 after bending it vertically to the substrate 1. The lens 4 and the mirror 5 are laminated on the photosensor 2 by a housing 3 and unitized on the substrate 1. The timing of the write start signal is adjusted just by moving the housing 3 on the substrate 1 in a y-axis direction. |
