PURPOSE: To provide a passive proper stop heat removing system having a rearward air passage for the purpose of removing decay heat at the time of provisional double container leakage event inside of a liquid metal cooled atomic reactor. CONSTITUTION: Means 31, 32 for separating atomic reactor cavity environment 14 when leakage takes place in both atomic reactor container 1 and storing container 2, a liner tank 13 for maintaining the safety of silo structure by separating silo 8 of concrete from leaked sodium, and additional independent air cooling passages 28, 35, 36 including a heat transmission tube 23 surrounded by leaked sodium for the purpose of maintaining stop heat removal after the separation of a regular flow passage are provided.
