摘要 |
PURPOSE: To provide a product whose microcavities simultaneously emit at least predetermined radiation of colors by making a multi-mode microcavity whose microcavities keep at least two modes simultaneously in radiation. CONSTITUTION: This product includes a layered structure on the main surface of board 10 (for example, glass board). The layered structure includes a reflector 11 and 16 spacially separated and an activated layer including an organic material giving electro-luminescence, its part at least being located between the reflector 11 and 16. The reflection means specifies microporosity of effective light path length L, the layered structure facilitates the flow of current through the activated layer for microporosity to emit. The effective light path length L is selected to be multi-mode cavity with more than two pores, which can simultaneously emit predetermined radiation of colors. For a structure having a p-type emitter, a layer 14 can be EL layer while a layer 15 can be an electron transporting layer.
