<p>PURPOSE:To make a connector main body and an aligning part assembled in one body and to reduce manufacturing costs by inserting horizontal terminal parts into the connect or main body, projecting hanging terminal parts downward from the connector main body and attaching these being alinged by the aligining part. CONSTITUTION:Terminals 32 to 35 are press-processed in L-letter forms and provided with horizontal terminal parts 32a to 35a and having terminal parts 32b to 35b. A resin made connector main body 31 is provided with a braket part 31a used when this is connected to a printed circuit board 15, a terminal housing part 31b for housing the terminals 32a to 35a and an aligning part 40 for arraying the terminals 32b to 35b in a zigzag form and the braket part 31a and the aligning part 40 are integrally formed. The terminal part 32b is projected downward from the main body 31, put through the through-hole 16 of the printed plate 15 and soldered by means of a solder 17. Thus, a conventional aligning member is made unnecessary, the numbers of parts and attaching processes are reduced and thereby manufacturing costs can be reduced.</p> |
