<p>PURPOSE:To obtain such a lightweight flexible filter that the production process of a liquid crystal display device is simplified and the production yield is improved, by forming a color filter layer of each color layer arranged and a transparent resin part which connects these color layers to constitute a film and forming a transparent electrode film on the one surface of the film. CONSTITUTION:The color filter 10 is a film comprising a color filter layer 2 and a transparent resin part 3. The color filter layer consists of color layers 1R, 1G, 1B of red (R), green (G) and blue (B), respectively, which are two- dimensionally arranged with different color layers 1R, 1G, 1B adjacent to each other. The transparent resin part 3 is formed to connect these color layers 1R, 1G, 1B. A transparent electrode film 5 is formed on the surface where the color filter layer 2 is exposed. A light-shielding frame 4 is formed on the border region of color layers 1R, 1G, 1B. A resin film 6 is formed on one surface where the transparent electrode film 5 is not formed. The resin film 6 prevents damages on the color filter layer 2 and the transparent resin part 3 due to scratching and the like and makes the color filter 12 itself independent.</p> |
