PURPOSE:To inexpensively form auxiliary electrodes of ITO by forming a resin compounded with conductors onto a transparent conductor (ITO) by rubbing this resin onto a substrate. CONSTITUTION:The patterns 2 are are formed of the ITO on the glass substrate 1. A block 3 formed by mixing silver particles with a polyurethane resin and baking the mixture is rubbed over the entire part by a prescribed pressure to the substrate 1 by a pressure friction shaft 4. As a result, the resin layer 5 mixed with the silver particles is transferred only to the ITO surface without being transferred to the glass. The resin to be used for the block 3 includes acrylic, epoxy, polyester, etc., in addition to polyurethane. The friction is possible by various methods, such as uniaxial direction, rotational uniaxial direction and surface rotation. The transferability is poor if the surface of the ITO is contaminated with fats and oils, etc., and, therefore, thorough washing prior to the transfer is required. As a result, layout of high-density patterns is facilitated. |
