PURPOSE:To provide a dielectric material, including a crystal phase of perovskite structure with a high dielectric constant further with low temperature dependency, by specifying a composition consisting of Pb (Mg1/2W1/2) O3, PbTiO3 and Pb (Ni3/1Nb2/3) O3. CONSTITUTION:Respective compositions of Pb (Mg1/2W1/2) O3, PbTiO3 and Pb (Ni1/3Nb2/3) O3 are set to X, Y, Zmol%, and the points (X, Y, Z) of a triangular composition diagram are provided in a range successively connecting A (400 25, 35), B (35, 20, 45), C (25, 25, 50), D (200 35, 45), E (25, 40, 35), F (35, 35, 30). Further as necessary, WO3; 0.5 to 2 weight can be contained. A molded body of this composition is held to be burned at a relatively low temperature of 1100 to 1170 deg.C, to obtain a dielectric material containing a crystal phase having a perovskite structure. This dielectric material has a high dielectric constant with a small decrease of the dielectric constant clue to applying a DC bias electric field, further with stable temperature dependency of the dielectric constant. |
