发明名称 SURFACE-MODIFIED CONDUCTIVE PIGMENT
摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To provide surface-denaturing conductive pigment which provides pigment system with satisfactory conductivity even at concentration much lower than that of usual percolation region, by dispersing conductive pigment, adding prescribed amount of organic denatured reagent to it to coat it partly, and then stirring, heating and drying it. CONSTITUTION: By dispersing conductive pigment such as silver powder or carbon black, adding organic denatured reagent if desired, mixed with solvent, to it, the pigment is partly coated by organic denatured reagent. Amount of added denatured reagent is such that powder conductivity of the partly coated conductive pigment is between 80% of initial value and 10<-7> S. The partly coated pigment is stirred if necessary, and heated to 100 deg.C, volatile reaction products or solvent is removed from it, and it is dried. The denatured agent is preferably material expressed by formula XR<1> R<2> R<3> R<4> or (Cn H2n+1 )×(OCm H2m+1 )p , where R<1> and R<2> are C1-30 alkyl group, R<3> and R<4> are C1-20 alkoxy group or halogen, X is Si, Sn, Ti, Zr, Al, n=1-30, m=1-10, and p=2-3.</p>
