PURPOSE:To provide the portable radio equipment with high portability in which the transmission reception sensitivity of an antenna is improved, CONSTITUTION:A coil spring 8 providing a prescribed repulsive force and a hook 9 containing an antenna base 6 below a level of a case rear side by contracting the coil spring 8 are provided between the antenna base 6 and the case 1. One end of the antenna base 6 is made up of a pin-shaped shaft 6a fixed to the case 1 and an elliptic pole rotary base 6b. A pressure toward a side parted from the case 1 is exerted to the rotary base 6b freely moved in the forward/backward direction and turned in its hollow along with the shaft 6a by an expanding force of the coil spring 8 in the space. A damage to an antenna 7 by a human body is reduced by turning the antenna 7 in the case of talking and projecting it in a direction apart from the body of the user. |
