The adjusting screw has a shank (12) with a longitudinal axis (7). The head (15) at one end of the shank and allows the screw to be driven in rotation. The opposite end of the shank has as transverse washer (34) ahead of the thread (27). The transverse washer can move axially on part of the shank, but cannot rotate, the shank having a square section in the region where the washer can move. The washer is eccentric on the shank. The threaded end of the screw is of smaller diameter than the envelope of the square section. A nut (35) runs on the thread. The nut has an extended skirt facing inward that is of larger diameter than the envelope of the squared section, allowing the nut to extend over the squared section and press against the washer.
