<p>PURPOSE:To provide a structure of a constant velocity flexible joint adopted to, for instance, a steering, which shows little backlash in a rotational direction in the state that a shaft shows high operation angle, causes small torque loss and smooth rotation. CONSTITUTION:Length between truck grooves 3 and 4 of an inner ring l and an outer ring 2 are reduced in respect to a ball diameter. A fastening margin is supplied to a gap between the truck groove and the ball for eliminating backlash in a rotational direction. Backlash in an axial direction is formed between a pocket 6 of a cage 5 and the ball 7, and a torque of a joint is reduced in a low load torque area.</p> |
